Welcome to Healthy Littles - a free online resource for all your child’s nutritional needs. I’m incredibly excited to be able to provide you with healthy, easy recipes (and more!) for your little one. Many of you know I’m a physician, but I also have a master’s degree in public health from UC Berkeley, with a Maternal and Child Health nutrition concentration. I am also a certified Culinary Medicine Specialist. Educating the public on healthy eating is a passion of mine, and I hope my recipes will be useful for you, and tasty for your little ones! Let’s start with the basics of meal planning. Meal planning can be a bit overwhelming, but a great place to start is this child meal builder I created for you.
